About the job

We are looking for a competent Executive Administrative and Operations Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to executive’s working life and communication, as well as operations.

Location: Plaza Mont' Kiara / Sunway Velocity / Pusat Perdagangan Bukit Jalil / Setia Alam / Penang Bayan Lepas.

(Department: Human Resources, Business Development, Marketing, Event Management)

Requirements

  • Highly self-motivated team player with a positive working attitude.

  • High execution and problem solver.

  • Customer service and admin work experience required.

  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply. 

Responsibilities

  • To provide administration and operation duties.

  • Prepare presentation slide, marketing tools, research, report and etc.

  • To prepare and compile Sales Kit Collaterals, Company Sales & Marketing Statistic Reports.

  • Maintenance and update of client information in all company database.

  • Generate, tracking and filing of all agreement for marketing partners and clients.

  • Create, transcribe and distribute all meeting agenda, minute and update.

  • To do Tele-marketing calls (Market intelligence).

  • To upkeep all office amenities and equipment.

  • Prepare to attend, co-ordinate and participate on various events organised by the Company andpartners.

  • Prepared for long working hours at peak periods.
