About the job
We are looking for a talent in a position of Client Relationship Executive. Successful candidate's role is to oversee and manage the client relationship with the clients, within the context of the company's strategy. The successful applicant must have strong interpersonal skills as well as excellent communication and problem solving abilities. You will be responsible for developing and implementing company strategies, monitoring and managing both client relationships and company performance, and maintaining mutual trust and communication between the two groups.
Location: Plaza Mont' Kiara / Sunway Velocity / Pusat Perdagangan Bukit Jalil / Setia Alam / Penang Bayan Lepas.
Requirements
Highly self-motivated team player with a positive working attitude.
High execution and problem solver.
Customer service and admin work experience required.
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
Handling member system data entry.
Collect prompt and accurate feedback from members.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
A proactive approach to support until the members concern is resolved.
Rectifying disengaged or fractured relationships.
Conducting in-depth needs assessments to better understand each member's requirements.
Proposing and deliberating potential solutions in consultation with members.
