We are seeking a new Operation Manager to join our team!
Operation managers manage overall operations and are responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control and safety measures.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in operations management or related field
Experience in management, operations, and leadership
Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees
Excellent communication skills
Solid understanding of financial management
Responsibilities
Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel and discipline employees
Plan and review compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures
Prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards; resolve problems
Accomplish operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed
Manage staff levels, salaries, hours, contract labor to revenues
Review and approve all operational invoices and ensure they are submitted for payment
Communicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints
