About the job
We are looking for a knowledgeable Consultant/Advisor for Syariah Projects to give solid advice in their field of expertise. You will be responsible for analyzing a situation and providing a fresh perspective.
Requirements
Preferable with Syariah-compliant related knowledge or experience
Degree in related discipline, preferably Shariah degree.
Other qualification in Law, Finance, Banking or Accounting is an added advantage.
3-5 years experience in Islamic banking / shariah advisory from relevant industry.
Malaysian candidates only
Responsibilities
To advise on all aspects of Shariah related projects.
To ensure the Syariah related projects are adequately reviewed within stipulated time period.
To actively engage with clients to facilitate the Syariah-compliant products in line with the group strategy towards the development of sustainable projects.
To prepare shariah papers for submission to the related parties as needed
To support the Shariah project's clients in preparing and delivering Shariah related information as needed
To track and manage strategic development projects within the Shariah and Governance department as needed.
Any other responsibilities/tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time.
